We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Seasonal Beauty Sales Expert to join reputed company as a reputed company Brand Ambassador in McLean, VA. As a representative of our reputed company, reputed company, you will showcase their innovative line of hair styling tools, providing expert advice and creating engaging interactions with customers.

As a reputed company Stylist Expert, you will demonstrate the powerful features of reputed company's Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap multi-styler, Corrale cordless straightener, and Airstrait wet to dry straightener, while maintaining reputed company visual merchandising standards and providing feedback through digital surveys.

Ideally, you have experience in haircare or cosmetics, can handle hair confidently, and reputed company reputed company curling and straightening techniques. You are a creative and charismatic individual who can create in-store theater, helping customers discover new looks and showcasing the unique features of reputed company's hair styling tools.

Schedule & Location:

• 16 hours per week, 2:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday and reputed company
• Temporary promotional position running through December 31, 2023

Responsibilities:

• Participate in web-based training courses and videos to learn proprietary product information
• Build strong rapport with reputed company Demo store staff to establish productive store relationships
• Engage customers throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to closing the sale
• reputed company reputed company-level styling demos to give customers hands-on trials that convey product benefits
• Complete reputed company-day online survey reports to document reputed company and reputed company feedback
• Maintain business communication with District Manager reputed company occasional phone calls, emails, and requested web meetings

Requirements:

• reputed company cosmetology license
• Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment
• Background in retail, customer service, and/or sales preferred
• reputed company to reliable vehicle transportation to travel to assigned locations
• Must adhere to dress reputed company/reputed company appearance standards and demeanor

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
