We are seeking an reputed company Implementation Specialist to conduct implementation activities, including remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for issue investigation, creative problem-solving, and training clients and internal staff as needed.

Job reputed company:

• Conduct reputed company training and preparation for Go Live events using reputed company's reputed company implementation methodology
• Complete reputed company assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices
• Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the use of software applications
• Train staff in individual and group settings using a reputed company of reputed company
• Complete administrative tasks to reputed company stakeholders informed about assigned implementation reputed company
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the reputed company IT industry, specifically software implementation
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or applicable experience in one of reputed company's main medical specialties
• Knowledge of medical clinic workflow
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI
• Background in insurance billing
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

Working Environment/Physical Demands:
