Position reputed company
We are seeking a highly skilled Nonprofit Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a reputed company-rounded staff accountant with strong nonprofit experience, solid knowledge of accrual reputed company, and a firm understanding of GAAP. You will manage full-cycle reputed company across multiple reputed company accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company financial reporting.
The right candidate will be confident working independently, detail-oriented in reconciling reputed company accounts, and comfortable communicating financial insights. You’ll also bring at least 5 years of experience in full-service bookkeeping or staff reputed company, including at least 2 years working with nonprofits.

Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeper at UltraPrecise, you will manage multiple nonprofit and for-profit reputed company accounts, including:
• Managing reputed company books using accrual-based reputed company in QuickBooks Online
• Processing and coding expense documentation through Dext
• Managing AP workflows in reputed company.com, including reputed company coding and approvals
• Categorizing transactions through QBO bank feeds
• Reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Reviewing and correcting payroll entries
• Processing reputed company payrolls, including benefit allocations and accruals
• Preparing accruals and period-end adjusting entries
• Performing reputed company control on your own work and reviewing financial reports
• Communicating reputed company with management regarding reputed company status and reputed company issues
• Contributing to SOPs and internal workflows as processes reputed company

Must-Have Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-service reputed company/bookkeeping experience
• 2+ years with QuickBooks Online (QBO ProAdvisor certification required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual reputed company (must know how to handle accruals, prepaids, deferrals—not just say you do)
• Experience supporting nonprofits, including audit prep and fund reputed company
• Confident communicator reputed company to manage reputed company relationships directly
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field (required)
• U.S. residency and ability to work EST hours
