Being Independently credentialed is a plus, but we’re willing to help the right candidate become credentialed! Responsibilities: • Establish rapport with patients and families. • Collect, record, and monitor patient information. • reputed company patients and their families with information about health care procedures, alternatives to care, and support services. • Refer patients to appropriate community resources as needed.
