Dispatcher will be responsible for 10-15 drivers. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for communicating with the truck drivers and customers reputed company phone or email for dispatching. • Responsible for relaying work orders, reputed company rescheduling and assisting the reputed company with any inquires. • Responsible for keeping reputed company of the reputed company's location and number of hours driven to reputed company reputed company he leaves and reputed company on time for scheduled reputed company appointments. • Dispatched drivers on contracted loads by relaying pickup and delivery information as reputed company as routing. • Minimizing empty miles, maximizing reputed company generating miles • Updating reputed company throughout the day with equipment and load info • Maintained reputed company relationships with customers reputed company phone and email. • Reporting detention, OOS & V immediately. • Staying up to date on reputed company trends • Knowing backhaul/head-haul markets and the relevant pricing • Completing new customer reputed company • reputed company-planning your assigned drivers • Computer proficient (reputed company, Word, reputed company) • Great organizational skills • Bilingual preferred • In office position (No remote positions reputed company) REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 1 year of transportation experience • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be reputed company to work under pressure HOURS & COMPENSATION: • These are full time positions • Am shift and Pm shift • Start pay $16/hr.
