Sales Appointment Setter / Interview Booker – Remote Cybersecurity SaaS Worldwide Make 50–75 calls daily and book 10–15 qualified sales appointments weekly. Flexible pay (hourly, per-appointment, or hybrid). Growth opportunity in B2B tech sales. About the Role Our client, a cybersecurity SaaS company, is looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to connect with decision-makers, introduce our solutions, and book them for Zoom meetings with the sales team. Responsibilities •Call & message prospects from our provided lead lists • Qualify leads using simple criteria (script/training provided) • Book Zoom appointments for the sales team • Manage leads and follow-ups in CRM/spreadsheets • Provide daily/weekly reports on outreach and bookings • Maintain a professional presence on calls and video when needed Performance Targets • 50–75 outbound calls/messages per day • 10–15 qualified sales appointments booked per week What We’re Looking For • Excellent English (spoken & written) • Strong communicator, confident on the phone and over Zoom • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Zoom, spreadsheets, CRM) • Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech appointment setting Compensation Compensation is flexible and based on experience, performance, and region. Options include: • Hourly rate • Per-appointment rate (bonus earned only after the appointment is successfully completed/attended) • Hybrid model (hourly base + bonus per completed appointment booked) No-Show Policy: • Bonuses are paid only for appointments that take place. • If a prospect no-shows but later reschedules and attends, the bonus is earned only after the rescheduled appointment is completed.
