Bilingual Health Insurance Representative - Spanish

Description: • The Bilingual (Spanish) Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. • This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. • Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs. • Assist customers in both English and Spanish • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing. • Process new and/or amended enrollments. • Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences. • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
