Regional Portfolio Manager (REF9803F)

The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, enforcing policies and procedures, and meeting reputed company expectations. They will prepare annual operating budgets, monitor project budgets, and reputed company rent and concession recommendations based on market conditions. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role and a high school diploma or equivalency certificate. The manager will be responsible for maintaining a reputed company appearance, providing training and guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with FPI Safety Policies and Procedures.
