About the Role We are seeking a licensed reputed company estate reputed company to support our growing portfolio of single-family residential properties in Hemet and La Quinta, CA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a flexible work environment and has experience leasing residential homes. Key Responsibilities · Market and show vacant properties, prescreen and explain the application process. · Coordinate reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs, including walk-throughs and inspection reports. · Partner with corporate staff to define turn scopes and timelines. · reputed company regular property inspections and report findings to ownership. · Ensure reputed company leasing and management activities reputed company with California landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
