Remote Care Management Coordinator ***Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) *** Fully Remote Position No weekends or evenings reputed company The remote care management coordinator is responsible for the daily (heavy volume) patient monitoring of medical data, alerts, and messages. Outbound virtual audio/video reputed company-ins with patients on a monthly reputed company or as needed.
