Job Overview We are seeking DEA/CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone call, Email or chat communication. The Dependent Eligibility Assistant/CSR is responsible for supporting the verification of dependents enrolled under employee benefit plans. This role involves reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, and communicating with employees or clients to obtain necessary verification data. Accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong customer service orientation are essential to resolve customer queries in the best possible way. KEY RESPNSIBILITIES: • Review documentation submitted by employees for dependent eligibility (e.g., birth certificates, marriage certificates, adoption papers). • Compare submitted information against predefined eligibility criteria and benefit policies. • Accurately log and track document status in internal systems. • Follow up with employees via email or phone to collect missing or additional documents. • Escalate discrepancies or potential ineligible dependents to supervisors for further review. • Maintain confidentiality and handle personal data in accordance with data protection policies (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) -Preferable. • Ensure all verifications are completed within defined turnaround times and quality standards. • Provide courteous and professional support to employees or clients throughout the verification process. • Assist in reporting and audit preparation as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, customer service, or document verification is a plus. • Familiarity with healthcare or employee benefits terminology. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with digital document management tools. • Clear verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual communication skills are a plus. • High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED) • Min. 3 Years Customer Service Experience (REQUIRED) • Min. 2 Years Call Center Experience (PREFERRED) • Outbound Sales Experience (PREFERRED) • Lead Generation Experience (PREFERRED) • Windows 10 or 11 Laptop or desktop (No tablet / No Chromebooks or iPads) • Mouse / phone (landline preferred) / High Speed Internet (60 mbps or higher) • Quiet work area WORKING HOURS: • Shift: Shift rotation is mandated every two months or as business needs dictate.
