About the position
Responsibilities
• Coach software development and product teams to improve their product development capabilities.
• Develop a culture of collaborative learning and deeper understanding of frameworks.
• Guide product teams in establishing key performance indicators for tracking progress.
• Provide necessary support to teams to address impediments.
• Manage delivery team metrics to evaluate progress against milestones.
• Establish and organize quarterly plans aligned with enterprise goals and strategies.
• Coordinate resolution of internal and external dependencies across value streams and shared services.
• Ensure teams meet security and governance requirements and understand engineering delivery processes.
• Assist engineering teams in defining and deploying new product development processes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of existing processes and improve software engineering processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus 7 years of experience in a related role.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields plus 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in technology organizations and large scale Agile coaching with Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating planning at the enterprise level as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master.
• Experience leading cross-functional distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles to transform IT teams to Agile Product-based models.
• Proficiency in Service Now, Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Certifications: SAFe 5 Program Owner/Manager, SAFe Scrum Master, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
