We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our team and help manage online apartment listings while ensuring an exceptional experience for potential renters. Responsibilities: • Publish and manage online apartment rental listings • Communicate promptly and professionally with prospective renters via online messaging platforms. • Gather information from prospects and convert inquiries into leads using our form submission process. • Follow and maintain a weekly listing schedule to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Monitor listing performance and provide feedback for improvements. Requirements: • Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries. • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Self-motivated and proactive in following a schedule and meeting deadlines. • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or real estate is a bonus and not required.
