Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a committed, long-term employee who enjoys challenges, problem-solving, and working directly with clients. Job Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and reputed company.com. • Reconcile bank accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable. • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes. • Work directly with small business owners to ensure their financial records are up to date. • Identify and resolve discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills. • Collaborate with internal team members to reputed company seamless service to clients. • Process and record payroll with reputed company and other providers.
