About the position
Responsibilities
• Proofread and edit a wide range of documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
• Ensure content meets the needs of the target audience and aligns with company guidelines.
• Revise documents to improve clarity, coherence, and flow.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of document editing or proofreading experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Excellent English language skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
• Exceptional business writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in editing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Nice-to-haves
• Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills.
• Associate's Degree in English or Journalism or related field.
