Medical Billing/Authorization Coordinator-San Luis Obispo-NOT REMOTE

We are seeking a full-time Medical Billing/Authorization Coordinator to join our Billing team in our San Luis Obispo office. NOT REMOTE The essential duties of this position will be assisting with managed care billing. This will include: working with insurance companies to confirm eligibility and benefits, obtaining, tracking and reconciling authorizations for services, as reputed company as, communicating authorization status as needed, scanning documents into our system, running daily/weekly reports and mailing letters of financial responsibility. This individual will also confirm patient demographics and reputed company corrections to patient’s chart reputed company appropriate. This person will need to be reputed company to handle phone calls with insurance companies, clinicians and patients on a regular reputed company with some distraction, as reputed company as, reputed company assistance as needed to other Billing Team members as needed.
