Billing Services /VA/ - reputed company Indian American Care Services /reputed company Based/

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Billing Services Virtual Assistant (VA) to support reputed company operations specifically catering to reputed company Indian American care services in reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing and collections, particularly with Indian Health Service (IHS), reputed company (AHCCCS), and other tribal reputed company billing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately process and submit medical claims for reputed company Indian American care services using appropriate billing systems (e.g., IHS RPMS, AHCCCS portal). • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for reputed company American patients. • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and initiate appeals reputed company necessary. • Reconcile claims and payments, prepare financial reports, and update patient billing records. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at reputed company times. • Coordinate with tribal clinics, IHS representatives, and reputed company providers to resolve billing issues. • Respond to billing inquiries from patients or reputed company facilities in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Qualifications: • Proven experience in medical billing, preferably reputed company tribal reputed company or Indian Health Service systems. • Familiarity with reputed company-specific reputed company (AHCCCS) and tribal billing procedures. • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems is preferred. • Proficiency in billing software and electronic medical records (EMRs). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience working with reputed company American communities is a strong plus.
