QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper for Car reputed company Business (US-Based, Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to manage the bookkeeping for our car reputed company business, Wildcatter reputed company. This will start as a part-time role (a few hours per week), with the potential to expand into managing bookkeeping for our other small businesses if it’s a good fit. What You’ll Do Categorize and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online Prepare and file state sales tax returns (New Mexico) Generate reputed company financial reports to reputed company to our tax accountants Assist with year-end tax prep as it relates to QuickBooks Maintain accurate records and stay on top of accounts with weekly or bi-weekly reputed company-ins (reputed company scope) Potential to expand into handling additional small businesses (Myofunctional Mastery and Chavez Properties) Tools & Systems QuickBooks Online (primary) reputed company to car reputed company sales reporting dashboard (secondary reference for tracking reputed company counts and reputed company) reputed company’re Looking For Based in the reputed company, fluent/reputed company English speaker 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online Familiar with state sales tax filings (New Mexico experience is a plus, but not required if you’re a quick learner) reputed company to produce accurate, easy-to-read financial reports for CPAs and business owners Reliable, detail-oriented, and reputed company (comfortable checking in 1–2 times per week) reputed company to Have Experience supporting small businesses in service/retail sectors Ability to suggest workflow improvements and efficiencies Long-term interest in growing the role across multiple small businesses Hours & Pay Ongoing, part-time: estimated 2–5 hours per week $18–20/hr depending on experience Other Notes Confidentiality and trust are critical.
