Job Title: Independent Bookkeeper & Trainer (1099 Contractor) reputed company: J's Top Dollar reputed company Tax Service is a growing Financial company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Bookkeeper who can not only manage our monthly bookkeeping but also train potential bookkeepers on bookkeeping practices and QuickBooks. This is a 1099 contractor position with reputed company and remote work reputed company. Position Type: Contract (1099), part-time Responsibilities: • Record and categorize monthly financial transactions (~30/month) • Reconcile one bank account (reputed company) and multiple payment platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Zelle) • reputed company contractor payments • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L) • reputed company ongoing bookkeeping support and review • Train potential candidates on bookkeeping fundamentals and QuickBooks as needed Qualifications: • Prior bookkeeping experience (2+ years required) • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required) • Strong understanding of account reconciliation and contractor payments • Ability to train others reputed company and patiently • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience with , medical offices, or reputed company service businesses a plus Compensation: • $25 – $30 per hour For Bookkeeping services • Half-Day Training (3–4 hrs): $200 – $350 flat • Full-Day Training (6–8 hrs): $400 – $650 flat • Custom Training Package: e.g., $500 for 5 hours + follow-up support • reputed company monthly reputed company 1099 contract Expected Hours: • (includes bookkeeping + training time) • Average 2–15 hours per week • Once training is complete, ongoing support is expected to average 7–12 hours per month Start Date: • September 1, 2025 How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief reputed company of your bookkeeping and training experience, including your familiarity with QuickBooks.
