Overview 123Websites is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a remote team of phone-based closers. This role requires a proven background in closing sales yourself and managing reps — ideally in fast-paced, commission-only environments. You'll be responsible for developing your team, driving results, and maintaining high standards of sales execution using our in-house CRM and AI-powered tools. What You’ll Do • Build, train, and lead a team of remote closers (7–10 reps) • Take over live sales calls from reps to close deals in real-time • Monitor call recordings, provide coaching, and track rep performance • Run daily/weekly training and feedback sessions • Use CRM to track activity, sales, and lead progress • Hold your team accountable to daily call volume, talk time, and conversions • Help reps overcome objections and improve close rates • Lead by example by actively participating in sales and mentoring new reps What You’re Selling Done-for-you web services How You Get Clients • Text Broadcasts • AI Live Transfers • CRM Access Your Pay – Manager Override Model • $150 per deal closed by your reps (paid daily) • Plus 10% Residual commissions after a quota of 10 sales per week from team Requirements • 2+ years of closing experience (websites, SEO, digital services preferred) • Prior experience managing a sales team (ideally phone-based or remote) • Ability to take over live calls and close effectively • Confident coach and trainer — knows how to build culture and accountability • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM in PST) • CRM-savvy and comfortable using performance tools to track team metrics • Experience in A commission only role (preferred) You’ll Succeed in This Role If You: • Thrive in fast-moving, commission-only sales environments • Know how to keep reps focused, hungry, and coachable • Are highly organized and can manage both people and pipeline • Can balance hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • No weekends Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
