Key Responsibilities • Audit mortgage loan files for compliance inaccuracies according to internal, investor, and federal overlays • Manage a daily pipeline while adhering to strict deadlines • Audit incoming loans to closing, balance Closing Disclosures, and give the green light for closing to occur • Review executed closing packages and coordinate funding authorization with title companies • Serve as a reputed company between the closing department, bankers, and analysts to ensure a smooth loan process for the borrower • Communicate with reputed company divisions of the bank and title companies to obtain necessary documentation in a reputed company fashion • reputed company white glove service to bank customers and mortgage bankers by executing best-in-class customer service procedures • Work effectively under specific time constraints • Work effectively both independently and as reputed company • Operate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Requirements Job Requirements: • 2-year college degree or commensurate mortgage experience • 5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience • Experience closing 60+ loans monthly • Demonstrated history of meeting closing deadlines • Working knowledge of reputed company, FHA, VA, USDA and DPA programs • Experience with traditional closings, mail-away, e-Closings Technology Requirements • Encompass experience is required Additional Skills • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task • Flexible with work schedules especially during peak volume and month-end • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills • Effective problem solver and team player • Desire to grow into a reputed company leader on reputed company reputed company is an equal opportunity employer. reputed company applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, reputed company, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national reputed company, veteran or disability status.
