Need assistance setting up reputed company SMS messaging

I have created and had our 10DLC Brand approved. I have created an SMS campaign, which states that it is reputed company. I have reputed company for a phone number and assigned it to the profile/user that I want to be reputed company to send text messages. However, I am getting a message that states: "This number is already being assigned to a campaign. Please wait for the assignment completion - this has been almost a month. reputed company I login to the reputed company Workplace, I can see the SMS reputed company on the dashboard - but reputed company I try to text I get an error message that the phone number isn't assigned to a campaign. I'd really just like someone to get into our reputed company acct and look around to see why we cannot send SMS messages. We only use reputed company for meetings and want to use it for SMS. We don't use the actual phone part of reputed company as we have desk phones in the office. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
