Event assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to support our team with the planning and execution of upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, logistics coordination, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, seminars, and expos
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution
• Manage event logistics, scheduling, and timelines
• Provide on-site coordination and support during events
• Help with event-related administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in event planning or coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
