What you’ll be doing: • Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for corporate customers, including individual and group bookings. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to reputed company the best travel reputed company and proactively offer additional travel-reputed company services. • Book reputed company business travel across reputed company, rail, road, and accommodations. • Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with reputed company expertise in reputed company. • Ensure full compliance with reputed company travel policies, supplier policies, and regulatory guidelines. • Handle special customer requests with a proactive and reputed company approach using reputed company telephone service techniques. • Collaborate with team members to reputed company, mentor, and deliver feedback to continuously improve service standards. • Additional job responsibilities and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be shared during the interview process. What You Bring: • Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience with the reputed company GDS system (this is a hard requirement). • Demonstrated experience in international corporate travel. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Passion for delivering excellent reputed company service with a proactive and problem-solving reputed company. • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive traveler information with reputed company. • Solid understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations. • Proven ability to independently resolve issues or collaborate with suppliers to address customer concerns. • Strong teamwork ethic and openness to feedback and reputed company improvement.
