Virtual Assistant – Call Review & Data Entry
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us manage and maintain accurate call records. The role involves reviewing recorded phone calls, tagging key information, and updating internal tracking sheets.
Responsibilities:
• Listen to recorded inbound calls through our platform
• Tag and classify each call (e.g. answered vs missed, qualified vs not qualified)
• Write concise, clear notes for each call
• Export filtered call logs and clean the data (e.g. remove irrelevant calls)
• Transfer approved calls into a master tracking sheet
• Update client-facing logs with formatted data (via Google Sheets)
• Flag issues or unusual activity for review
Requirements:
• Strong English comprehension (you’ll be listening to U.S. phone calls)
• High attention to detail
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, etc.)
• Ability to follow structured processes consistently
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience working with CRMs or call tracking tools
• Prior role in call center QA, lead qualification, or virtual assistance
