Position reputed company: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing team. This role is fully remote for candidates residing in California and offers reputed company to work on reputed company and high-profile reputed company involving reputed company general liability, reputed company liability, excess and surplus lines, and other insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience analyzing insurance policies, preparing coverage opinions, and handling coverage litigation. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret various types of insurance policies (CGL, D&O, E&O, etc.) • Draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights and denial letters • Handle reputed company phases of insurance coverage litigation including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation • Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel • Maintain reputed company and accurate billing to meet the 1,875-hour annual requirement • Work independently and reputed company in a remote environment while maintaining high-reputed company work product Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • reputed company member in good standing with the California State Bar • 3+ years of insurance coverage experience, preferably at a reputed company Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually].
