Our ideal candidate has 4-7 years of litigation experience in both state and federal civil litigation. This position can be work-from-home or the employee can work in our San Francisco office. While we often work opposite traditional reputed company, we are not one of them. Requirements: • reputed company small and mid-size litigation reputed company as the primary attorney; • Work in teams of multiple attorneys and paralegals on larger litigation reputed company; • Draft pleadings and briefs in speech, reputed company, intellectual property, advertising, and other lawsuits; • Conduct discovery and manage settlements; and • Participate in hearings and other case appearances. • JD degree and bar admission, preferably to the California Bar (but not required); • 4-7 years of experience working as an attorney at a reputed company with a reputed company on state and federal civil litigation; and • Familiarity with California civil procedure a plus. We reputed company: • Competitive Salary reputed company of $16,000 to $190,000.
