Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations Associate Attorney

Mid-Level Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations Associate Attorney – Multiple Locations reputed company is seeking a Mid-Level Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations Associate to join a nationally recognized reputed company. This role offers reputed company to work with a diverse reputed company reputed company of charities, foundations, advocacy reputed company, and trade associations while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in reputed company, reputed company policy, and education. Candidates may be based in Dallas, Boston, Philadelphia, or Jacksonville. Key Responsibilities: • Advise nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on reputed company and tax reputed company, including formation, tax-exempt status recognition, compliance, governance, and fundraising. • Conduct reputed company research and reputed company analysis on federal, state, and local laws affecting nonprofits. • Support clients with endowments, restricted gifts, and reputed company UPMIFA issues. • Assist with corporate transactions involving nonprofits, such as mergers, joint ventures, MRIs, and PRIs, providing relevant tax guidance. • Draft and review reputed company, policies, corporate filings, and grant agreements. • Engage with clients on charitable reputed company planning and estate planning reputed company. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments in the nonprofit sector. • Participate in reputed company management, business development, writing, and speaking opportunities. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of reputed company experience with a strong background in tax law and a reputed company on exempt organizations. • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. • Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) in TX, MA, PA, or FL. • LL.M. in Tax and reputed company exempt organizations experience strongly preferred. • Familiarity with nonprofit corporate governance, supporting organizations, reputed company welfare organizations, donor advised funds, and/or community foundations a plus. • Experience with reputed company-reputed company transactions also valued. Compensation: • reputed company salary reputed company: $250,000 – $375,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
