We are looking for an energetic Principal Financial Analyst, who will partner closely with ComOps & CX and Finance teams to exceed on our financial commitments. The ideal candidate will have positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and be an effective communicator to various stakeholder groups.
The role will report to VP Finance, Global Commercial Operations & Customer Experience.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Provide full finance partnering to selected ComOps & CX Functional & Regional Leaders
• Coordinate on financial processes with FP&A Centers of Expertise and other finance partners
• Partner with regional teams to prepare, track, consolidate and report monthly and quarterly financials with insightful narratives to senior management
• Develop Latest Best Estimates (LBE) for departmental expenses, cost centers & period costs.
• Coordinate and locally manage the financial aspects of multi-year strategic plan, as well as the annual operating plan and the forecasting processes for operating & capital expenses
• Work closely with the business partners and across functions to identify and support executions of cost reduction initiatives
• Support development of business case & economic analysis for key projects and programs; monitor financial health of projects in scope and manage accurate forecasting
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
Nice to Have
• Effective communicator to various stakeholder groups
• Ability to work independently and to proactively take initiative
• Ability to produce insightful and actionable analysis from large amounts of data
• Ability to prepare & deliver quality presentations in MS PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• The global nature of the role requires flexible working hours and ability to effectively manage own calendar
• CPA or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting
• Experience in global med-tech company
• Experience in management consulting
• Experience in accounting
• High level of proficiency in SAP R3/BI, and Hyperion/Essbase Software Suites
• PowerBI visualization skills
• Project Management certification & experience (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

$102000 (US Based)
Max Salary
$153000 (US Based)
