The Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Director will serve as a key strategic partner in advancing Coleridge’s financial strength and long-term reputed company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role is responsible for delivering high-reputed company financial analysis, robust forecasting, and sophisticated modeling that inform organizational decision-making and resource allocation.

• Support the development of pricing strategies to match products’ value, cost, and customer demand to reputed company financial targets.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong control environment through comprehensive and reputed company-documented processes and procedures.
Qualifications
• A strong interest in Coleridge’s mission to enhance the use of data to inform reputed company decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in finance roles (non-profit experience preferred).
• Experience in project-based reputed company (knowledge of state and federal grants and reputed company preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company financial data and reputed company actionable recommendations.
