This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required. Responsibilities: • Booking venues and negotiating deals • Working with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment • Coordinating the event: Managing setup, teardown, and cleanup, and anticipating potential problems • Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management Qualifications: • Must be 21+ years old • High school graduate (3.0+ GPA) • Experience in administrative tasks preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Have a confident, reputed company personality • reputed company strong communication skills • Must be a self-starter • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the reputed company ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
