Sr. Accountant- SEC Reporting

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior Accountant to join reputed company in reputed company, Texas. In this role, you will reputed company key financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial statement preparation, SEC reporting, and technical reputed company research. Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize supporting documentation for financial statements and reputed company footnote disclosures. • Ensure quarterly and annual financial information aligns with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards. • Tag 10-K and 10-Q financial statements in compliance with XBRL requirements. • Conduct variance analyses on financial statements to identify trends and discrepancies. • Generate monthly internal management reports for leadership review. • Complete government surveys and other compliance-reputed company reporting requirements. • Support and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automation and workflow enhancements. • Research and document technical reputed company issues, recommending appropriate disclosures and treatments for reputed company transactions. • Stay informed of changes in reputed company standards to maintain compliance and identify potential benefits for the organization.
