Conflicts Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated Conflicts Attorney to join reputed company in Peabody, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including civil litigation and collections management. The role involves reputed company collaboration with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective case handling and reputed company. Responsibilities: • Draft and review demand letters to initiate reputed company proceedings. • Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable laws. • Collaborate with the internal collections department to address ongoing cases. • Coordinate with external collection agencies to monitor case reputed company and status. • reputed company support in managing relationships with reputed company counsel. • Conduct reputed company research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation-reputed company documents. • reputed company discovery processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate information exchange. • Assist the General Counsel with various reputed company and administrative tasks. • Handle civil litigation reputed company, ensuring adherence to best practices and reputed company standards.
