Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Utilize sales skills to promote our products and services to customers, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
• Manage and process cash transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed, ensuring that customer information is updated and accurate.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, communicating effectively and professionally with customers over the phone.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person, offering solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company policies and offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Meet or exceed customer service metrics, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales.
• Proficiency in English, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing customer needs.
• Bilingualism in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and data entry procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
