About Us:
Oodles of Leads is a lead generation and appointment-setting company that supports local home service businesses. We send targeted text message campaigns to homeowners, generating interest in services like roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
When a homeowner replies with interest, that’s where you come in. There is no cold calling—these are warm leads already expressing interest.
What You'll Do:
Follow up quickly with homeowners who respond to our marketing.
Answer basic questions, confirm interest, and set the appointment directly with our client (the service provider).
Enter notes and appointment details into our CRM or calendar.
Maintain a consistent appointment-setting pace each week.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Professional, polite, and clear over the phone or text.
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or call center work (ideally in home services).
Reliable and fast internet connection.
Comfortable with basic tools like CRM systems, Google Calendar, and communication platforms.
Must be responsive and proactive during U.S. business hours.
