Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Remote Customer Happiness Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer questions and concerns across phone, email, and live chat
• Help customers navigate services, forms, and documentation
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Deliver timely follow-ups and proactive communication to customers
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and positivity, even during busy periods
Qualifications
• Prior customer service or support experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Dependable with a quiet remote work environment and reliable internet
