Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on bilingual English/Spanish experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representatives to support our seasonal Open Enrollment period. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in New Jersey and meet all technical and scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Background & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service or call center experience
Typing of 35+wpm
Strong data entry and telephone handling skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Training Schedule & Expectations:
Duration: 3 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern
Agents must be on camera for the entire training and nesting period
Attendance is mandatory; missed time may result in termination
No pre-scheduled appointments should interfere with training
Hours of Operation:
Open Enrollment Period (November 1 – January 31):
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Last two Sundays of OE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Last three days of OE: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
One week post-OE: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Technical Requirements:
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) per 2025 NJ SPE BYOD Technical Requirements
A second monitor is strongly recommended
Home internet must be wired (no cellular-based providers such as T-Mobile or Verizon Mobile)
