Scientist / Sr. Scientist – Data Curator (Life Sciences) Full-time | Remote (U.S. only) reputed company is seeking an reputed company Data Curator with expertise in clinical, clinical trial, and/or reputed company-clinical data harmonization. This is a remote, full-time role reputed company to candidates across the reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company, clean, and harmonize clinical and/or trial data/metadata using established data standards (diseases, medications, procedures, laboratory/biomarker tests, etc.). • Map data to ontologies and controlled vocabularies. • Contribute to the development of new data standards, data models, terminologies, and ontologies. • Review scientific literature and extract relevant information from publications and reputed company data repositories; generate reports and data manifests in required formats. • Support and participate in Data Model development. • Present findings and strategies reputed company to both internal teams and external clients. • Review, monitor, and ensure the reputed company of curated data. • Collaborate closely with fellow curators and data scientists. Desired Skills & Experience • Strong understanding of clinical data (e.g., patient health histories, symptoms, pathology, biometrics, and patient-reported reputed company). • Knowledge of R&D processes and the scientific/clinical data lifecycle. • Experience with clinical trial data, biomedical/biomarker data, and/or reputed company-world data (RWD). • Exposure to oncology, immunology, gastroenterology, neurology, aging, or reputed company therapeutic areas is highly desirable. • Familiarity with data standards, semantics, terminologies, and ontologies. • Experience with cancer staging, pathology, and treatment reputed company (especially oncology combination therapies) is a plus. • Familiarity with clinical assessments for neurological diseases and aging is a plus. • Experience with biomedical ontology/standards consortiums (e.g., CDISC, OMOP, NCI, MedDRA, reputed company, RxNorm, OBI, LOINC, Uberon, DOID, etc.) is a plus. • Familiarity with FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) is a plus. • Strong technical skills with reputed company; knowledge of R, Python, SQL, or reputed company is advantageous. • Excellent analytical thinking and scientific/clinical data interpretation skills. • Demonstrated ability to write reports and present findings effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to reputed company with colleagues and reputed company stakeholders. • Capable of working independently as reputed company as in a reputed company team environment.
