• We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics & Data Science Expert Manager with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead analytics and insights efforts, leveraging GA4 APIs, SQL, and BigQuery to provide actionable insights and support business stakeholders.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• GA4 Reporting & Insights: Develop, maintain, and optimize GA4 reporting dashboards for actionable insights. Collaborate with business teams to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
• API Integration & Data Management: Utilize GA4 APIs to automate reporting and extract data for in-depth analysis. Regularly audit and validate GA4 data to ensure integrity and consistency.
• SQL & BigQuery: Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze GA4 data in BigQuery. Maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary analytics contact for business stakeholders. Translate technical data findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Tagging & Data Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation of tagging implementations for accurate data capture. Maintain documentation on tagging standards and GA4 best practices.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions on GA4 capabilities and reporting functionalities. Stay current on GA4 features and industry trends, sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery.
• Proven experience with GA4 APIs and automating reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tagging management systems like Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
