Job Description - What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a entry level candidate with RPO Recruiting Experience first, who has worked as a recruiter, reaching out to candidates, building rapport and qualifying them for the position.
Second If that recruiter also has Auto Repair Industry experience GREAT, but this is secondary and just preferred.
Qualifying Recruiter Position - The second part of our business. Helping auto repair shops hire qualified technicians is the linchpin to helping auto repair shops grow.
We can send them new customers all day long, but if they don't have a quality team to complete the work. The growth of a company is limited.
As a qualifying recruiter, you would receive 45-50 new auto technician applicants a day applying for a position with one of our clients. (NO outbound sourcing, we have the applicant flow through our marketing and outreach channels.)
You would reach out, connect, and then qualify to see if they are a fit.
Full training and systems are provided to guide you through qualifying the applicant.
However, we would want you to come with the ability to connect on the phone and make the applicant feel comfortable and valued.
Through the intangibles like… Tone, genuinely caring and hoping you can help them get the position they’re after, being positive and upbeat but not annoying.I have also heard it described as Bottled Enthusiasm.
Then if the applicant is qualified, schedule a phone interview with our client.
Requirements
• Hours are from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time - Monday - Wednesday then Saturday 9AM - 5PM CST(Flexible around a long lunch/ kid pick up / etc...) Thursday, Friday and Sunday's OFF
• Most important is a positive attitude -- it's contagious and is a must on our team. You will love the work environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
• Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules.
• Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks.
• Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire.
Required Experience
• 1+ years of Recruiting experience
• Auto Technician or Automotive Industry experience is a BIG PLUS
• Previous experience with remote working software is preferred

Compensation FULL Time 35-40 hours a week
$2,000 Base Pay + Commission
(Average Bonus/ Commission is between $500 and $1,000 per month.)
