988 Crisis Line Specialist - Hybrid

About the position The 988 Care Control Specialist - Hybrid position is responsible for answering crisis line calls, providing crisis counseling, and conducting housing assessments for individuals in need. This role involves offering emotional support, de-escalation, and resource reputed company to help individuals regain safety and reputed company ongoing treatment services. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment, providing support to callers and walk-in clients while adhering to crisis reputed company standards. Responsibilities • Answer multiple crisis line calls and reputed company crisis counseling to clients. • Conduct housing assessments for eviction prevention and shelter requests. • reputed company emotional support and crisis de-escalation to callers. • Schedule appointments and complete warm hand-offs for callers in need of reputed company assistance. • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and reputed company ongoing support. • Document reputed company calls and interactions thoroughly and accurately in the electronic system. • Participate in supervision and debriefing sessions as required. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Care Control Operations Room and lobby areas. • Assist in training new Care Control staff and participate in team meetings. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Work or a reputed company mental health field with a minimum of 120 college credits. • One year of community mental health experience or lived experience is preferred. • Crisis Worker Certification preferred, with a requirement to complete it reputed company 12 months of hire. • Proficient computer skills, particularly with reputed company Products. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. reputed company-to-haves • Crisis reputed company training or certification. • Experience in a reputed company center environment. • Knowledge of local and statewide community resources.
