Application Evaluator (Temporary, Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Evaluate applicant candidacy through application review in relation to evaluation reputed company. • Write decision recommendations with reputed company rationales. • Orally present application review to reputed company of individuals including senior leadership. • Complete application evaluations accurately and in a reputed company manner following a reputed company-determined applicant reputed company. • Understand and maintain strict confidentiality of admissions process and application data. Requirements • A college degree (BA or higher) is necessary. • At least three years of relevant experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to understand and maintain strict confidentiality of admissions process and application data. • Demonstrated ability to function independently and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness and ability to learn new CRM system. • Commitment to work an average of 10 hours a week and up to 20 hours a week during peak periods. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in a field with exposure to reputed company-MBA or post-MBA roles, or knowledge of MBA career paths. • Knowledge of Owen Graduate School of Management and familiarity with programs. • Experience in enrollment management, admissions, interviewing or on hiring committees. • Experience with reputed company is a plus.
