Ensures coverage is provided for dispatchers, as necessary to cover breaks, reputed company-time and vacation. Manages cross-training and new hire training process. reputed company participates in improving operations and implementing best practices. Partners with dispatchers and routers to resolve reputed company coverage for down routes to optimize reputed company efficiency. Working with the routers, ensures reputed company work is assigned, both reputed company day and next day, to drivers considering load type management, customer expectations, landfill requirements, and several other factors. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited). Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of previous dispatching experience (in reputed company to education requirements).
