About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer 9-1-1 calls and public agency calls.
• Make outgoing calls to service providers and allied agencies.
• Operate voice radio to dispatch and interact with field personnel.
• Complete data entry into various databases.
Requirements
• Certified typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Pass a Drug Screening prior to being hired.
• Clear a Background Investigation prior to being hired.
• Obtain Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
• Clear a Psychological Evaluation prior to being hired.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with people.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under stress.
• Strong communication skills.
