ATTRIBUTES WE LOOK FOR: • Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly • Energetic and have a great "team" attitude at all times • RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY with great work ethic • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Be able to take direction well and be self-motivated • MUST possess the ability to stay off your phone during working hours • Professional customer service skills as well as good spelling & simple math skills • Have your own vehicle or reliable transportation (not on a bus route) • Great computer skills - must communicate effectively via phone, text, emails WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: • Schedule shipping for vehicles and track shipments from order to delivery • Field customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner • Follow up with internal and external customers with updates • Verify shipments are ready and on target for scheduled delivery, as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and/or customer issues effectively • Build successful relationships with business contacts and customers • Quickly, accurately and efficiently provide quotes and enter orders • Work effectively with internal and external team members to provide an awesome experience • Conduct research, enter data and/or damage claims, as needed • Work with Microsoft &/or Google products, CRMs, texting platforms, proprietary systems, etc. • Other related duties, as assigned Team Alex takes COVID prevention seriously.
