The Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to take ownership of high-volume hiring needs and play a critical role in shaping the future workforce of a mission-driven healthcare leader. You’ll partner directly with program managers and leadership, bringing in top talent that makes a real difference in the lives of New Yorkers.

What You’ll Do
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding) across a variety of healthcare, social services, and administrative roles.
• Handle high-volume recruitment with confidence, ensuring timely hires while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, write job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source talent through job boards, networking, and community partnerships.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
• Identify process improvements to streamline recruitment, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience , preferably in healthcare, social services, or high-volume hiring environments.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
