Senior Associate - Project Manager - Retail (Hybrid)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Work on large to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the success of our teams.
• Assist in project planning and strategic initiatives with partners and team members.
• Leverage problem-solving skills to establish and track Key Results to achieve Critical team Objectives.
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with partners on executing communications around events and program strategy.
• Demonstrate excellent change management skills to manage change in a complex environment.
• Quickly understand key priorities and complex issues for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Corporate Communications.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
• Scrum Master Certification
