Digital Asset Coordinator

Our luxury retail client is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to support their team with an 8 week project, 40 hours/week, fully remote! The Ideal Digital Asset Coordinator Should Have • Strong technical skills and experience handling structured data • Proficiency with Airtable, SQL, Python, JSON, Excel, and Google Sheets • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience in content operations, data management, or similar roles preferred Responsibilities • Export, process, format, and upload large datasets across internal tools and platforms • Manage product content lifecycle, including new uploads, updates, and migrations • Ensure accuracy and consistency of records across systems In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
