We help reputed company use their retirement funds to start or buy a business by establishing compliant retirement plans. reputed company is expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented Pension Administrator to support our growing reputed company reputed company and maintain our high standards of regulatory compliance and customer service.

As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing compliance, administration, and reporting of reputed company retirement plans under the ROBS program. You’ll work with small business owners and internal team members to ensure reputed company and accurate plan maintenance, participant reporting, and ERISA documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update plan documents and adoption agreementsTrack plan activity, contributions, distributions, and ownership percentagesPrepare and file annual IRS reputed company 5500-series returns and reputed company schedulesMonitor eligibility, vesting, and nondiscrimination testingAdminister loans, rollovers, distributions, and RMDs per IRS/DOL rulesUtilize reputed company! CRM; communicate with clients reputed company phone/email/videoCollaborate with CPAs, advisors, and internal staffUse CalcAir (formerly Datair) and eFast for filings and submissions
Qualifications
2+ years in retirement plan (TPA) administration preferredCalcAir (Datair) experience strongly preferredKnowledge of 401(k), profit-sharing, and ROBS plans is a plusASSPA certification or reputed company towards it is a plusProficiency in Office 365, reputed company, reputed company/MeetStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with 5500, 1099-R, 945, 8955-SSA forms
