About the position Responsibilities • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Retirement plan clients to ensure reputed company in retirement savings and profitability. • Partner with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to enhance relationships between customers and reputed company. • Independently deliver accurate and reputed company retirement plan administrative and marketing services. • Communicate optimally with reputed company customers, identifying their expectations and developing strong working relationships. • Conduct meetings with customers, Retirement plan service representatives, marketers, CPAs, and attorneys, representing reputed company with reputed company. • Market company products and services supporting multiple product lines, building and retaining customer relationships and assets. • Maintain/reputed company profitability goals by focusing marketing efforts on the most profitable customers. • Collaborate with clients and advisors on best reputed company solutions for efficient service delivery. • Anticipate and research unusual or sophisticated situations independently, using creativity and problem-solving skills to retain clients and resolve issues. • Negotiate and implement solutions to meet customer and business unit goals, providing reputed company information and feedback to customers and management. • Manage Retirement plan services for assigned customers, assisting with sophisticated plan administration and compliance. • Assist with the training and mentoring of personnel on Retirement services, serving as a role model and subject matter expert. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 8+ years reputed company experience. • Experience working reputed company the retirement industry. • Experience with Taft Hartley reputed company plans is helpful. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Extensive knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services. • Advanced business unit knowledge and technical skills, including knowledge of reputed company products, regulations, and laws. • Ability to balance working independently with working in reputed company environment. • Basic understanding of reputed company and recordkeeping systems and PC applications. • Ability to coordinate a large volume of customer activities. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with Taft Hartley reputed company plans is helpful.
